Penerapan Mesin Spiner Dan Penataan Managemen Untuk Peningkatkan Produksi Dan Kualitas Alen-Alen Di UMKM Alen-Alen Bendorejo, Pogalan Trenggalek Muhaji, Muhaji Ismawati, Rita Fatkhur Romadhoni, Ita Rohmah Mayasari, Noor alen-alen spiner perbaikan menajemen Desa Bendorejo Kecamatan Pogalan Kabupaten Trenggalek merupakan sentra/pusat pembuat dan penjual alen-alen dan makanan khas Trenggalek. Alen-alen adalah makanan khas daerah Trenggalek yang bentuknya seperti cincin. Masyarakat Trenggalek menjadikan alen-alen sebagai camilan sehari-hari di kala musim hujan maupun musim panas sebagai teman minum kopi dan ada juga yang dijadikan pelengkap makan seperti krupuk. Permasalahan di IKM mitra (“RESTU IBU’’ dan  “ANUGERAH”) adalah: (1) permasalahan aspek produksi, yakni rendahnya kualitas dan kuantitas produksi alen-alen disebabkan oleh proses penirisan minyak yang kurang maksimal, karena masih menggunakan alat peniris minyak seadanya sehingga hasilnya tidak optimal (kandungan minyak masih banyak dan mudah tengik) dan (2) permasalahan aspek manajemen yakni lemahnya pengelolaan manajemen UMKM pembuat alen-alen  yang  mencakup  manajemen  keuangan,  manajemen  produksi,  manajemen sumber daya manusia dan manajemen pemasaran. Solusi yang ditawarkan untuk memecahkan permasalahan yang dialami oleh industri mitra adalah: 1) dibuatkan mesin spiner (peniris minyak) yang terbuat dari steanlis steel yang digerakkan oleh motor listrik dengan kecepatan putaran yang bisa diatur sesuai kebutuhan/tergantung jumlah dan jenis produk; 2) perbaikan manajemen yakni lemahnya pengelolaan manajemen UMKM pembuat alen-alen  yang  mencakup  manajemen  keuangan,  manajemen  produksi,  manajemen sumber daya manusia dan manajemen pemasaran. Hasil pelaksanaan PKM-UMKN menunjukkan bawa mesin spiner yang telah dihasilkan dan dilaksanakan pengujian, hasilnya layak digunakan untuk penirisan minyak. Hasil uji lama penirisan menunjukkan bahwa dengan menggunakan spiner dengan penggerak motor listrik lebih cepat 12 kali jika dibandingkan dengan peniris tradisional, lebih cepat 4 kali jika dibandingkan dengan alat peniris yang digerakkan dinamo. Produksi penirisan menghasilkan 18 kg/jam, hal ini naik 4 kali jika dibandingkan dengan mesin penggerak dinamo dan naik 12 kali jika dibandingkan dengan peniris tradisional. Formulasi ransum menggunakan bahan baku pakan jagung, dedak, tepung limbah ikan, ampas tahu, limestone, minyak kelapa sawit, premix, freetox dan grit. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendampingan dan diskusi. Pendampingan dilakukan dengan teknik “learning by doing” Para peserta setelah langsung praktek Menyusun pakan setelah mendapatkan penjelasan. Evaluasi kegiatan sosialisasi dan penyuluhan serta pendampingan dalam pengabdian Masyarakat ini merupakan program Fakultas, namun para Peternak menyambut baik dan menyadari atas manfaat dari kegiatan ini. Penyuluhan Pembuatan Bukan Telur Asin Biasa (BTAB) Berbahan Dasar Telur Ayam di Desa Krueng Lam Kareung Indrapuri Kabupaten Aceh Besar Zuyasna, Zuyasna Nurhayati, Nurhayati Nura, Nura Marliah, Ainun pengawetan telur pengasinan kesehatan keluarga Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan inovasi pembuatan telur asin dari bahan dasar telur ayam ras kepada kelompok PKK dan remaja putri desa Krueng Lam Kareung Indrapuri Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Dari kegiatan penyuluhan dan praktek langsung di tempat telah berhasil mengedukasi peserta dalam upaya mengawetkan telur ayam dengan cara pengasinan. Peserta yang terlibat telah berhasil membuat telur asin dengan cita rasa pedas dan aroma bawang putih yang lezat seperti yang diharapkan. Peserta juga sudah memahami pentingnya gizi yang dikandung telur ayam untuk kesehatan keluarga. Pelatihan ecoprint sendiri bertujuan untuk mengembangkan tingkat keterampilan, pengetahuan dan pemahaman siswa kelas IV SDN 1 Ambulu dalam upaya pemanfaatan bahan alami yang ada di lingkungan peserta didik seperti bagian tubuh yang berpigmen warna seperti daun, bunga, batang. Bahan berpigman tersebut diaplikasikan dalam totebag untuk membuat ecoprint. Ecoprint ini merupakan salah satu teknik mewarnai kain dengan cara mecetak menggunakan bahan alami yang memiliki pigmen warna. Gerabah merupakan kerajinan yang terbuat dari tanah liat kemudian dibakar dengan      menggunakan cara yang sederhana. Permasalahan yang sering terjadi yaitu banyak masyarakat yang belum mengetahui bahwa terdapat tempat wisata kerajinan gerabah Lio Pasongan di Desa Ciledug Lor. Dalam hal ini dilakukan revitalisasi tempat wisata kerajinan gerabah dan pembuatan film dokumenter sejarah gerabah Lio Pasongan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil dan ketercapaian dalam penelitian ini yaitu revitalisasi tempat wisata kerajinan gerabah Lio Pasongan dengan melakukan membersihkan tempat wisata dan mengecat tempat wisata,  pembuatan dan pemasangan plang petunjuk arah dan pemasangan spanduk. What are the factors behind the gathering activities of the housewives so that they become a medium of solidarity for their members? This study used a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection using observation, interviews, and documentation. The author uses field research (field research), collecting data at the research site. Research findings show that the factors that encourage social gathering activities as a medium of social solidarity are: Social gathering activities to strengthen friendship because it is difficult to meet on weekdays; Perform roles related to rights and obligations; Foster the nature of cooperation and social solidarity; Building trust among fellow arisan members; Building social networks; Forming and strengthening norms; Train its members to organize well; and Managing conflict becomes a constructive solution. Curug Payung in Ciraharja Hamlet is one of the natural attractions inGunungmanik Village, which stores the beauty of a very amazing natural panorama with cool air.Community service activities have been carried out in Curug Payung to introduce nature andreligious tourism to the general public. This will make Gunungmanik village richer with prehistoricplaces and interesting natural attractions. The results of the resume material presented on how to slaughter sacrificial animals by Islamic law and public health of the Animal Husbandry Study Program: 1. Read thamid sentences; 2. The benefits of coffee beans for health should align with how coffeewaste is also valuable in strengthening the community's economy. Educational steps areneeded for coffee cafes as waste producers. As university personnel, we should mediate thisgap. Community service activities are carried out at QQ café as part of a coffee wasteprogram to be used by farmer groups (POKTAN) Mrengkel I, Pabedilan District, CirebonRegency. This community service activity aims to educate the public how coffee wasteproduced routinely by QQ café as much as 4-5 kg in a week, can be absorbed by theMrengkel I group, Pabedilan District, Cirebon Regency as a party who needs coffee wasteas an alternative to organic fertilizer. Service activities are carried out for four months. Theresults showed that waste management started with sorting techniques on the part of coffeewaste producers for four months, continued at the fermentation step of waste that wassuccessfully collected in a particular vessel, and then ended with waste being handed overto the farming community along with a book on the use of coffee grounds to be used as analternative to organic fertilizer at least succeeded in educating and mediating one party tothe other. Mango leaves have natural ingredients that haveantimicrobial and antioxidant properties so that they can be used as ingredients in makingenvironmentally friendly soap. Making soap from mango leaf extract aims to bring out the potentialof mango leaves as an effective soap preparation as a cleanser and maintain body hygiene. Sumbersekar regionhas a variety of agricultural products, including superior vegetables and fruits. One of the leadingproducts is Siamese orange (Citrus nobilis). The problem that farmers must face is that the sellingprice of Siamese orange honey often drops during the high harvest season, which frequently harmsfarmers. When the selling price drops, many oranges are left on the tree and unprocessed due to theunknown processing technology of the oranges. One of the efforts to overcome excess unsold harvestis to carry out post-harvest processing. Processed processing of Siamese honey is an alternativeprocess because it is easy. However, the weakness of processing oranges made by domestic scaleindustries is that they still have a bitter taste so consumers do not like them. Therefore, introducingcitrus processing methods to avoid bitterness must be promoted so that their products have goodcompetitiveness in the market. The solution provided by the UB team is to provide training activitieson how to produce good processed citrus products and introduce good packaging technology. The participants who attended were MSME actors in Cirebon City. The material presented in this counseling is the development of Industry 1.0 to 4.0 technology and the disruption of information technology, which requires MSME players to be digitally literate so that their businesses can develop under the demands of the times. The challenges and benefits of digital technology are delivered. The steps that need to be taken are determining the target market, preparing superior products, preparing payment models, preparing delivery models, and starting sales with digital marketing. The results of the activities organized by the Cirebon City Cooperative Office and RRI Cirebon City received support and positive responses from the participants when they saw the presence of MSMEs and so many questions asked by the participants. The place for carrying out community service activities is in Cikeusal village, Cirebo Regency which is held for a whole month from August 6, 2017 – September 6, 2017. The solutions offered are: 1. The absence of a village library, 2. Children's interest in reading is still low, 3. There are still elementary school children who cannot calistung, 4. Lack of interest in learning in children. Target of community service activities: 1. as a means of learning and reading for village children, 2. Interest in reading and learning in children increases, 3. Increase creativity. SOCIALIZATION OF POLITICAL LITERACY IN WELCOMING THE 2024 ELECTION TO NOVICE VOTERS AT THE UNIVERSITY OF MUHAMMADIYAH CIREBON Widyani, Retno Irfan, Agus Badawi Hartati, Wiwi Since the Republic of Indonesia became independent on August 17, 1945, several parliamentary elections have been held in Indonesia. The first elections were held in 1955 to elect the House of Representatives and the Constituent Assembly members. The second election to elect members of the House of Representatives was in 1971. Six elections were held during the 32 years of Suharto's rule (1971-1997). Elections in the reform era in 1999 and 2004 elected the first President. In 2009, 2014, 2019, and now 2024. Political literacy has been socialized by Semester 1 students of the animal husbandry and informatics engineering study program at the University of Muhammadiyah Cirebon. The material presented included the history of elections in the country, campaigns on social media, student perceptions and attitudes towards campaigns, and considerations for making choices. The results of the novice voter community service show that semester one students do not understand the history of elections in the country, not all students are interested in participating in campaigns on social media, and students' perceptions and attitudes towards news on social media are critical and use common sense and are not easily provoked by hoax news. The extension team will conduct counseling at the Sairo Village Hall. The extension team started the activity at around 11:00 WIT after meeting with the head of Sairo village. The participants who attended were 22 people. The community service method is conducted through counseling through lectures and discussions. Leaf Leat assisted with this lecture. The result was that 22 people in Sairo Village attended the community service activity, supported and attended by the Sairo Village Chief; the event went smoothly, with enthusiastic participants asking questions during the discussion session. Demokrasi, Pemilu, TPS 48, Saladara The People's Party, in choosing a candidate for its deputy, is rife with enthusiasm. Residents in every RT flocked to the nearest polling station according to its permanent voter list (DPT). This atmosphere will repeat once every five years. Each Polling Station brings its distinctive nuances that significantly give a different atmosphere in the life of the nation and state. This community service activity was carried out to oversee the democratic voting process at polling station 48 Saladara Cirebon City. The method used is observing and entering into democratic activities and encouraging democratic officials. The results showed that the election process at polling station 48 Saladara went smoothly. Activities begin H-1 before implementation by preparing chairs and tables. D-day at 06.00, Officers are ready to arrange the election logistics, and precisely at 08.00, The callfor the people to vote begins. At exactly 13:00, the voting process was closed, and there was a 1-hourbreak. At 14.00, start counting sura until 24.00. The sura box is guarded overnight to wait for thenext day to be picked up by the Exodus for the next counting process. Sheep raising was a childhood and adolescent profession of prophets before being appointed prophets and Rosul. Sheep farming developed from grazing until it was domesticated. Sheep farming activities include the selection of suitable breeds, the construction of clean pens, nutritious feeding following the nutritional needs of the sheep raised, and health management to keep sheep healthy. The socialization conveyed that sheep health management includes maintaining health through preventive and curative actions. Different Vedic batik motifs are spread throughout Indonesia. One of them is the Yogyakarta batik motif. Yogyakarta is the second tourist destination after Bali, so tourists who are present at all times are in Yogyakarta. Some tourists are interested in knowing how to make Yogyakarta batik motifs. Batik Museum of Yogyakarta was built by the initiation of marriage couples Hadi Nugroho and Dewi Sukaningsing to conserve the batik collection and to make process supporting equipment. Its collection is about 1200, including batik fabric, batik tools, and equipment like pans, anglo, canting, and other supporting equipment. This community service activity is a promotional step to preserve Indonesian batik by doing batik activities at the Yogyakarta batik museum. Radio, YouTube, newspapers, and various educational institutions have made activities regarding the importance of the month of Ramadhan, including the University of Muhammadiyah Cirebon. On Sunday, Tabligh Akbar Songsong Romadhon was held, which was attended by the entire academic community and their families. The speaker at this event was H Fahmi Salim (Tabligh Council PP Muhammadiyah). Topics raised in this event included the superiority of Muhammadiyah in determining the initial time of fasting, Eid al-Fitr, and other worship times using the Hijri calendar, not the Gregorian calendar based on the sun's orbit. The purpose of the month of Romadhon is for us believers to become pious people. IMPLEMENTATION OF GUIDANCE AND COUNSELING PROGRAMS IN STUDENT LEARNING IN ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS Firdiana, Niyang Ayu Sefina Hanikah Fikriyah implementation, guidance, counseling, learning, student It is very important to have a good understanding of guidance and counseling in the education of students in primary schools, especially with regard to teaching and learning activities in the classroom. The objectives of this article are to: a) Explain how the guidance and counseling program is implemented in elementary schools; b) Explain the role of teachers in implementing the guidance and counseling program; c) Explain teachers' efforts to implement student learning guidance; and d) Explain how guidance and counseling teachers communicate with parents about student learning outcomes. This research is categorized as field research, which uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection methods used observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis uses qualitative analysis, which means that the data is described in words or sentences and then comes to a conclusion through the following steps:: a) data reduction; b) data presentation (data display), c) conclusion drawing (verification). The results of this study indicate that at SD Negeri 1 Kenanga there is already a counseling guidance program (BK) which includes student learning guidance services. The teacher as the executor of the guidance provider has provided learning guidance to students who are experiencing difficulties well. Sumber to improve students' social skills. The background of this study stems from the growing concern about students' social skills in primary schools, particularly in SDN 1 Kenanga sub-district Sumber. Initial evaluations and observations revealed that many students in the school were lacking in essential social skills such as communication, cooperation and conflict resolution. These imperfections can have a significant impact on students' ability to succeed academically and socially, both in and out of school. This study used qualitative research methods to create an effective program for guidance and counseling services that can be implemented at SDN 1 Kenanga sub-district Sumber, with the ultimate goal of improving students' social skills. The main objective of this research is to design the development of an effective guidance and counseling service program. The results of this program design are the development of a service program that includes network development, development of guidance and counseling management activities, service development, and development of service types as well as design and action plans that include identification, time management, inventory of needs and types of services, implementation, reflection, and program evaluation. The theme of Ngobras was "A thriving tourist village in the era of industrial revolution 4.0", and the resource person was Mr. H. Nana Mulyana, head of the Cirebon Regency Disbudparpora. The purpose of the KKM "Ngobras" activity is to gather information about what needs to be prepared, considered, and developed by Tegalwangi village as a tourism village.  The research location is Tegalwangi Village, Weru Subdistrict, Cirebon Regency, and descriptive methods are used. OVERVIEW OF THE LEVEL OF SATISFACTION OF THE PATIENT'S FAMILY AT THE CHILDREN'S POLY OF INDRAMAYU HOSPITAL Musthofa, Ali Kamsari Azizah, Novianda Ghina Nur : Patient Family Satisfaction, Children's Poly Success in providing hospital services is measured by the level of patient satisfaction and patient family, satisfaction is a person's feeling of pleasure or disappointment with the impression obtained when or after receiving services. The purpose of the study was to determine the picture of the level of satisfaction of the patient's family at the children's poly of RSUD Indramayu. This research uses quantitative research methods with a descriptive approach. The population in this study was the families of patients in the children's poly, for the sampling technique using accidental sampling as many as 85 respondents. Research instruments using questionnaires and data analysis using univariate. The results of this study found that as many as 48 respondents (56.5%) of patients' families were satisfied and 37 respondents (43.5%) of patients' families were dissatisfied, with dimensions tangible 65 respondents (76.5%) patient families are satisfied, reliability dimensions  68 respondents (80%) patient families are satisfied, responsiveness dimensions  68 respondents (80%) patient families feel dissatisfied, assurance dimensions  53 respondents (62.4%) and empathy dimensions  85 respondents (100%) patient families feel satisfied. The conclusion of this study illustrates the level of satisfaction of the patient's family at the children's poly of Indramayu Hospital, the results were obtained in the satisfied category of as many as 48 respondents (56.5%) and did not meet the minimum hospital service standards determined by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, which is ≥90%. It is recommended that medical personnel be able to make efforts or efforts in improving the health services provided. This implementation activity involves lecturers and heads of study programs in the Bioengineering study program of the Muhammadiyah Sumatra Institute of Technology. The primary objective of this fundamental accounting and finance training was to enhance the understanding of financial management and the skills of KWT Bina Pertani members and village civil servants. The curriculum encompassed an overview of financial statements, rudimentary bookkeeping, the compilation of financial statements, and strategies for crop pricing. The training objectives were achieved through coordination, agreement, training materials and equipment preparation, and activities and evaluations. The training was delivered face-to-face with direct practice, and the participants enthusiastically received it. INCREASING KNOWLEDGE THROUGH COUNSELING ACTIVITIES ABOUT HIV/AIDS AT SMTK YAKBADO, DOGIYAI REGENCY Prasetyo, Joko Waine, Isak HIV/AIDS, Students, Counseling Human Immunodeficiency Virus/Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (HIV/AIDS) is one of the health problems in the world, including Indonesia. The number of HIV/AIDS cases continues to increase from year to year. HIV/AIDS is one of the deadly diseases that has not yet been found a cure, so innovation is needed to cure HIV/AIDS sufferers. Therefore, counseling needs to be carried out to prevent an increase in HIV/AIDS sufferers in the community. Counseling activities about HIV/AIDS were carried out on August 25, 2023, at SMTK Yakbado, Dogiyai Regency, using counseling and questionnaires in the form of Pre-Test and Post-Test in statistical tests. The results of the statistical test showed an increase in knowledge before and after counseling about HIV/AIDS from the results (pretest 6.30% and posttest 7.88%) from 28 students with ten questions. EMPOWERMENT OF THE MALAHING TOURISM VILLAGE COMMUNITY IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE CREATIVE ECONOMY Aznem, Ahmad Muhamad Nurhawaeny, Endah Community Empowerment, Tourism Village, Creative Economy This community service aims to understand the empowerment of the tourism village community in the Development of Ecotourism Potential in Malahing Tourism Village, Tanjung Laut Indah Village, South Bontang District, Bontang City, East Kalimantan Province.  The main problem is the sustainability of the creative economy community empowerment program for the community, especially batik craftsmen.   The research method used in qualitative descriptive research displays data as it is in Malahing Tourism Village without a process of manipulation or other treatments, including exposure and clarification of existing data from a phenomenon that occurs.  PT Pupuk Kalimantan Timur's CSR approach is carried out holistically, including social responsibility programs by paying attention to social, economic, and environmental aspects that emphasize the sustainability of community development for strategic stakeholders. The study results show that community empowerment in Malahing Tourism Village can independently improve the quality of life without dependence on the program organizer, CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) PT Pupuk Kalimantan Timur. One of the purposes of this activity is to provide briefings on how to choose good sacrificial animals and how to slaughter and handle sacrificial meat following sharia. The target of this PPM activity is the mosque or musholla ta'mir in Cirebon, high school students in charge of spirituality, the organizing committee, and students. This community service activity took place on June 12, 2024, from 08.00 to 12.00 with counseling presented and assisted by audiovisuals. The socialization activity of slaughtering sacrificial animals received enthusiasm from the participants with a discussion session with three speakers. The message from the participants is that this activity can be carried out 30 days before the Eid al-Adha celebration so that they can choose sacrificial animals according to Islamic law. Based on the results of observations, SMPN 1 Plumbon already has facilities that support digital-based learning. Technology can help teachers be more creative in developing learning in the classroom. One way to expand learning in the school is by utilizing creative learning media so students can be more active. Learning media can facilitate the achievement of specific learning goals. Based on this description, Community Service (PKM) was carried out on learning media in the form of a learning media workshop with the theme "AI-Based Learning Media Design Training (Artificial Intelligence)." This activity aims to train teachers in utilizing technology by creating AI-based interactive learning media (Artificial intelligence). The "AI-Based Learning Media Design Training (Artificial Intelligence)" was implemented on May 17, 2024, at SMPN 1 Plumbon with the resource person Mr. Jajang Rahmatudin, M.Pd. The training was carried out at 13.00, the training activity for AI-based interactive learning media design (Artificial intelligence). It began with the brief provision of material by the resource persons. After the provision of the material, the trainees were invited to try to design AI-based interactive learning media (Artificial intelligence) directly on the spot. The resource person explained the steps that must be taken, and then the participants followed the directions. Students help assist participants who have difficulties creating learning media. The implementation of the training went smoothly and well, and the trainees looked enthusiastic during the training activities. The extraordinary quality of service and the dedication to work with high standards are clear signs that OCB's behavior is present in every village apparatus in the organization. This behavior describes the added value of employees, a form of prosocial behavior, namely positive, constructive, and meaningful social behavior that helps the village organization progress. The approach method used to achieve the output, the community involvement PKM program in the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) mechanism taught, will be adapted through socialization. These goals can be achieved through 2 (two) approaches. The PkM team accompanied the PkM participants to make a presentation related to the importance of OCB being understood to reach an understanding regarding the authority and implementation of programs carried out by Village Heads, Urban Villages, and related agencies, including the Banjar City Youth, Sports, and Tourism Office. This understanding is related to OCB because it can increase the effectiveness and welfare of the organization. This voluntary behavior creates a positive work environment, reduces conflict, and increases team collaboration. The discussion of OCB usually involves the application of this concept in the context of human resource management (HRM) and organizational strategy. Education in school greatly influences knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors of consumption and choosing food. School is a place to teach, socialize, and apply good habits because most children spend their time at school.  Education about healthy food is critical so that it becomes a good habit in the future. The role of teachers and parents at this time is significant. Nutrition Goes To School (NGTS) is a SEAMEO Recfon Program that promotes healthy canteens and school nutrition gardens. The Healthy Canteen and School Nutrition Garden are part of health education in schools. Educational institutions must be able to present and provide healthy canteens, as well as healthy food and school nutrition gardens, as one of the services that schools must provide to realize intelligent and healthy children. The method of implementing this practical module begins with the creation of an NGTS practical module by the Community Service Team, followed by socialization activities, training (TOT) for implementing practical modules, mentoring, and evaluation. This Community Service activity continues the NGTS carried out in 2019 at government-owned elementary and junior high schools.  In 2022, we will try to make a practical NGTS module and apply it to high school and elementary/junior high school with the hope that education about Nutrition can be applied at all age stages from elementary to high school, both in government-owned and privately owned schools. According to Amdadi et al. (2021), adolescence is a transition period from childhood to adulthood, and during this period, there have been various physiological, social, and emotional changes. They want freedom so that they can cause conflicts within themselves, so they need a way to understand the essence and way of thinking of teenagers. We hope that this socialization can be a provision for students in facing their adolescence because, in this activity, we give them an overview of what they will face when they step on teenagers, the types of juvenile delinquency, the impact of juvenile delinquency, and solutions when facing a problem. This service involved field supervisors, pamong teachers, and PPL students. We carry out pretest (before) and posttest (after) this service to ensure our research's scientific rigor and validity. The results of the pretest and posttest that we conducted showed an increase in students' understanding of the impact of juvenile delinquency so they were more vigilant in socializing. Knowledge, attitudes and behaviors in choosing, processing and consuming food are greatly influenced by education in schools. Schools that have a school garden are an important component and greatly contribute to realizing healthy students. The school has sought the availability of a nutrient garden in the school during the NGTS Community Service activity carried out with SEAMEO in 2019. NGTS activities have contributed with the existence of model school gardens in 4 (four) locations, namely SMPN 7, SMPN 5, SD Sidamulya and SD Pahlawan in Cirebon City, in addition to the cooperation between various related service sectors in the implementation of NGTS. Partnership community service activities (PKM) are in the form of education and assistance in making safe, healthy, nutritious food made from local ingredients so that video tutorials on how to make nuggets and recipe books for processed nuggets based on local food ingredients are obtained which can be used as a guide in making healthy, safe and nutritious food and made from local food that can be used as an example for other schools in the Cirebon city area. This activity was carried out using a combination of socialization and mentoring methods by involving students. The initial stage of this activity was the making of books on various processed nuggets, and the second stage was socialization by video tutorial method and distribution of books on various processed nuggets. Measuring nugget processing knowledge before and after distributing books and playing videos of nugget making. The outputs achieved from the PkM program are the book Miscellaneous Nugget Recipes processed from local food from school gardens and a video of the process of making Miscellaneous Nuggets (IPR). Sigit Gunawan Legal, Protection, Halal, Certificate, MSMEs Pekiringan Village, which was recorded in March 2024 to 300 MSMEs with various kinds of MSME products, after observation of the MSME actors, considered that there was no need for a halal certificate for each product produced because it was enough to believe in the use of halal raw materials, this deviated from the provisions of article 2 paragraph (1) of Government Regulation Number 39 of 2021 concerning the Implementation of the Halal Product Assurance Sector. The purpose of the research is to study and analyze various problems arising from MSME actors regarding the implementation of halal certification in Pekiringan Village and to approach MSME actors to understand the importance of halal certification for MSME actors. The results of this study are the Problems of MSME Actors Regarding Education on the Implementation of Halal Certification in Pekiringan Village, namely the lack of information and education for MSME actors, the fear of charging fees beyond the limits of reasonableness and accessibility when registering online makes it difficult for MSME actors in Pekiringan Village to register for halal certificates. Sigit Permana, Deni Yusup Halal food and beverage products are important, and business actors must protect consumers following the mandate of the Consumer Protection Law and the Halal Product Assurance Law. The government has issued a free halal certification policy until October 17, 2024. MSME actors must have it, one of which is for MSME actors in food and beverage products. Suppose they do not have a halal certificate until that date. In that case, MSME actors will be sanctioned by Government Regulation Number 39 of 2021 concerning implementing the Halal Product Assurance Sector. The author uses an empirical juridical research method by identifying the law, seeing the effectiveness of law enforcement in the community, and reviewing the legal consequences of its implementation, especially in the Pekiringan Village area, the economic center of Cirebon City. From the results of this study, the author obtained data that more MSME actors in food and beverage products in Pekiringan Village do not have halal certificates in distributing their products. Therefore, there will be legal consequences in the form of sanctions for MSME actors if they do not have a halal certificate until the date determined by the current regulations. The research method used to examine the problems that occur today is by using a literature review (literature review), which is to review various literature that discusses leadership and organization as well as lecturer competencies and survey research that aims to generalize to reveal organizational factors that can affect lecturer competence. The results of this study show that today's leadership trend is mandatory to have basic competencies including pedagogic, professional, personal and social. HEALTH COUNSELING ON HOW TO OVERCOME ANXIETY WITH PROGRESSIVE MUSCLE RELAXATION IN THE ELDERLY IN TUKMUDAL VILLAGE, SUMBER DISTRICT Latifah, Riza Arisanty Permatasari, Leya Indah Aningsih Anxiety, Elderly, Progressive Muscle Relaxation Anxiety is a psychological disorder characterized by excessive and persistent feelings of fear and worry. Anxiety often occurs in the elderly, which makes the elderly feel anxious and excessively restless, so it interferes with daily activities. Symptoms of anxiety are restlessness, trembling, headaches, and the heart rate becomes faster than usual. The purpose of this health counseling is to increase public knowledge on how to overcome anxiety. The implementation method starts with a survey and then conducts counseling with education, role play, and evaluation. The results achieved in this counseling are that the elderly who participate in health education activities about overcoming anxiety in the elderly can understand how to overcome anxiety in the elderly in Tukmudal Village and increase public knowledge about anxiety. The village faces significant challenges during the harvest season. When the harvest is abundant, mangoes that do not meet export market criteria (grade Ab1) or local market criteria (grade Ab2) accumulate and rot, potentially harming the environment. To address this issue and boost the local economy, the Community Service Program (KKN) introduced the idea of processing these mangoes into value-added products, namely Gedong Gincu mango chips. However, after the KKN program ended, the activities ceased as the community still required ongoing support. Universitas Sangga Buana YPKP Bandung, supported by the PKM Program from Hibah Bima Dikti 2024, is aiding Jembarwangi Village to market the Gedong Gincu mango chips produced and generate significant profits. The methods used include direct demonstrations of mango chip-making techniques, interactive discussions, and practical training with the local community. The results showed high enthusiasm from the residents, but further support is needed to achieve the desired outcomes. This law requires products circulating in Indonesia to have a halal certificate to increase consumer confidence and competitiveness of local products, especially MSMEs. The research method used is empirical juridical, with data collected through interviews and observations. The results of the study show that many MSMEs in Pekiringan Village do not have halal certificates. The main obstacles are the lack of information about the certification procedure, the low awareness of the importance of halal certificates, and the limitations in understanding the technology required for registration. More intensive socialization, education, and technical assistance are needed to increase the participation of MSMEs in the halal certification program. This community service activity aims to train the community on developing and implementing a temperature monitoring system using the LM35 sensor integrated with Raspberry Pi. This training was carried out to improve people's understanding and skills, especially in utilizing microcontroller-based technology and IoT (Internet of Things) in daily life, especially in the field of room temperature or environmental monitoring. This activity involves targets, for example, teachers, students, and technicians, at SMA AL-IRSYAD TEGAL, with training methods that include basic theories about temperature sensors, introduction to Raspberry Pi, and hands-on practice in assembling and programming temperature monitoring systems. The results of this training showed that participants could understand the basic concepts of temperature monitoring systems and could apply the knowledge gained in making simple devices that can measure and display temperature in real time. The activity evaluation showed that most of the participants felt helped by this training and showed high interest in further developing the system that had been studied. Knowledge about bats and their ecological roles is essential as a conservation effort, particularly in residential areas adjacent to natural bat habitats. Information on bats, including their natural habitats, behaviors, and roles in supporting human life, as well as general species identification, was provided. The selection of locations, mist net installation, capture, handling, and release were demonstrated, including oral swab sample collection. The community’s response and enthusiasm were very positive in understanding bats as wildlife and their roles in human life. The livelihood of the people of Cempaka Village is mostly to become laborers and farmers. However, there are also businesses such as grocery stores, street vendors, and home-based businesses. UMKM in Cempaka Village, Talun Regency itself show significant potential for the local economy. Candied mango is one of the products made by the people of Cempaka Village which is fairly capable of producing in large quantities and already has a fairly wide market share. However, in this case, mango candied UMKM still use conventional marketing which makes less widespread information and has not maximized the development of the digital era. However, the testers of bay leaf tea bags and bay leaf tea bags distributed to participants were very limited because there were obstacles in the manufacturing process, namely in the drying because it always rained every day, so it hindered the drying process because we dried with sunlight (not using an oven) due to the limitations of the tools at the post. Traditional medicine using natural ingredients, such as noni fruit (Morinda citrifolia), has long been used by the community as an alternative therapy. This community service activity aims to discuss the effectiveness of socialization and counseling regarding the use of noni fruit in helping lower blood pressure in hypertensive patients. The time and place of the event is August 20, 2024, in Lingsana Village with a total of 20 participants. Community service activities consist of:1. Material preparation, 2. Implementation: distribution of leaflets, lectures, and questions and answers, 3. Evaluation.   Counseling about the benefits of noni fruit for hypertensive patients can increase public knowledge about this herbal treatment, which was previously tested by 62% and increased to 86%. Using a qualitative approach which includes in-depth interviews and observations, this research focuses on elderly people aged 60-82 years who are active in Posyandu Lansia. Data was collected to explore older adults' experiences of sharing stories and the impact on their emotional well-being. The research results show that sharing stories not only helps elderly people express feelings and reminisce about memories, but also serves as a means of reducing feelings of loneliness and increasing a sense of connectedness with those closest to them. This research emphasizes the importance of social support and good communication in improving the quality of life of older people, and provides insight into how simple activities such as telling stories can contribute to their mental and emotional health. This article examines the "Natural Space Children Garden" educational tourism program in Jerukleueut Village and its impact on developing the village's children. This research involves surveys, interviews, observations, and qualitative and quantitative data analysis. The results of the study show that this program has a significant positive effect on children's understanding of the natural environment, sustainable agriculture, and social skills. They also experienced an increased interest in learning and felt a closer connection with nature. The program also provides benefits to the village community in the form of jobs and increased environmental awareness. The Natural Space Children Garden in Jerukleueut Village is a successful example of how edu-tourism can change the way children in rural areas get an education. The activity method consists of two, namely, planning and implementation.  Planning includes coordination with the school and material preparation. The implementation is carried out face-to-face directly. The partners of this activity are young women at SMP Negeri 11 Ambon. This activity is carried out in education through various methods, namely lectures and the distribution of printed PowerPoint presentations (Handout). The activity will be held face-to-face on August 5, 2024. 14 young women attended. Education goes smoothly and can increase the knowledge of adolescent girls in preventing anemia. ASSISTANCE IN THE PREPARATION OF FOOD ORGANIZATION STANDARDS IN THE INTEGRATED TAHFIDZ QUR'AN ISLAMIC BOARDING SCHOOL, ALHIKMAH CIREBON Sholichin, Sholichin Hizni, Alina Yuhandini, Diyah Sri Sekarningrum, Abiwardani Fadhilah, Fadhilah Condiments Menus Islamic Boarding School Portions Santri Integrated Tahfidz Qur'an Islamic Boarding School (ITQ IBS) Alhikmah Cirebon is one of the participants in the activity School Lunch Program (SLP) organized by the Nutrition Department of the Bogor Agricultural Institute in collaboration with PT Ajinomoto in October 2022 - March 2023. ITQ IBS Alhikmah Cirebon prepares 3,000 portions of food every day for breakfast, lunch, and evening for all students and employees. However, it does not yet have food service standards including menu standards, portion standards, recipe standards, seasoning standards, food ingredient quality standards, and well-documented cooking quality standards. Activities are carried out in three stages: 1). The preparation stage is the preparation of standard food management instruments, 2). The implementation stage is a workshop on preparing food service standards and assistance in preparing food service standards, and 3). The Evaluation stage. The results of the evaluation of the workshop activities revealed that there was an increase in the level of participants' understanding of food management standards by 10 points from 53.75 (pre-test) to 63.75 (post-test), and a book on food management standards was prepared. Nutrition education activities for students have been carried out at "Healthy Food Healthy Student" at MI Daarul Hikam, Cirebon City. This educational activity, which has the theme of Safe, Healthy, and Nutritious Food Education, explains the contents of my plate and food safety by presenting the material in an interesting and visually appealing way. The resource person who is in charge of this activity uses posters and leaflets as sources to explain the contents of my plate. In addition, in this activity, students are encouraged to collaborate and discuss their understanding of the material provided. Students are also given questions and rewards for those who can answer so as to increase their interest in nutrition education activities. The results of this community service activity showed that there was an increase in knowledge in each participant at MI Darul Hikam, Cirebon City, where there was a significant difference between the average pretest and posttest that was done. FIRE PREVENTION AND HANDLING TRAINING FOR RESIDENTS OF BATU MERAH VILLAGE, SIRIMAU DISTRICT, AMBON CITY Ruspanah, Rendi Lefteuw, Theresya Lapodi, Abd Rijali Fire Prevention, Electric Short Circuit and Gas Stove Fires can occur unexpectedly, even if you have been careful to use appliances that produce fires in the house, some of the sources of fire are electrical short circuits, gas stoves, burning garbage, cigarette butts and candles when the lights go out. The purpose of the training in community service is to provide knowledge about the causes of fires and their preventive measures. Participants involved in the training included students of the Public Health Department of STIKes Maluku Husada, Instructors from the Ambon City Fire Service Tribe and residents of Batu Merah Village, Sirimau District, Ambon City. Training techniques with material presentation, practice and review of results. The implementation method is by identifying problems that occur in objects, determining the priority scale of improvement and providing problem solving and feedback in the form of result evaluation. The implementation of training can provide knowledge about the factors that cause fires at home, so that it can encourage public awareness of the importance of preventive measures to avoid fires. Early marriage is one of the social phenomena where marriage occurs due to unwanted pregnancy, due to promiscuous sexual behavior. The impact of early marriage is that adolescents who experience drowning syndrome during pregnancy so that their children have low birth weight (BBLR) and also miscarriages. The purpose of this community service is to provide counseling in the form of a talk show about the prevention of early marriage through the consumption of healthy food based on ancient agriculture and to find out the response of residents to the talk show activities carried out. The method used by the author in this study is using the following methods: (a) a survey of residents who have been married early, (b) sharing and discussing talk show materials with ancient agricultural experts and (c) interviews with residents regarding the response in these activities. The results of this counseling activity provide education that is quite effective to increase the knowledge of adolescents, regarding the prevention of early marriage which is carried out by consuming healthy food by participating in ancient agricultural activities. The social impact of residents gives a positive response to the talk show activities, the environmental impact felt is the enthusiasm of residents to participate in the implementation of ancient agriculture, and the economic impact is that through the ancient agriculture program, residents are not only equipped with knowledge but can create businesses by producing several products with economic value. The development of information technology has been very rapid lately. Aims. Artificial intelligence has replaced the function of the human brain in collecting and processing data. This is very useful in making it easier for students to compile scientific papers and complete the final project through reports and theses. Counseling has been carried out for students to understand the important role and obstacles that must be watched out for in using AI technology. Method. The method used is a PowerPoint presentation, which is done by the student group and accompanied by a lecturer as a resource person. Result. The material presented covered the potential and challenges of using Generative AI (GenAI) in learning in higher education, as well as providing practical and ethical guidance to utilize this technology responsibly. The AI competency framework for students consists of 3 levels. First, I need to understand AI technology; second, I need to use AI responsibly; and third, I need to evaluate AI results critically. Examples of Gen Ai applications: ChatGPT helps create task drafts and provide ideas; Grammarly checks grammar and writing style; DALL-E creates a design or presentation fiscal illustration. The conclusion and hope that can be put forward in this activity is that GenAI is a tool that can enrich the learning process, but it is important to use it ethically and responsibly. With a good understanding, GenAI can be a partner in creating innovative and effective learning. Consclusion. Adolescents are very vulnerable to various environmental influences, including adolescent associations that can cause delinquency. Factors that drive the rise of deviant behavior include a lack of knowledge about physical and mental health and a lack of social supervision. Aim. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide counseling about the negative impact of juvenile delinquency on physical and mental health. The venue for community service activities with the theme of health counseling and juvenile delinquency at Madrasah Dusun Salam, on February 12, 2024, from 15.00 to 17.00. Methods.  The methods used are lectures, interactive discussions, and simulations. Result. This activity showed that participants better understood the importance of maintaining health and the adverse effects of juvenile delinquency. This activity is expected to form positive character of adolescents in the long term. This counseling activity was evaluated with a pre-test score of 50% to a post-test of 80%; there was an increase of around 30%; this shows an increase in adolescent awareness about the impact of juvenile delinquency and health. The active participation of the participants showed that the counseling was going well. Implication. To improve the health of adolescents and prevent deviant behavior, it is hoped that similar activities can be carried out regularly by establishing a youth posyandu. All university lecturers and students need to know this progress, so there is a socialization event regarding the new value proposition of generative artificial intelligence on campus. Method. The method used is a presentation from the students, by students, and for students whom lecturers accompany. Result. In this presentation, it was highlighted the meaning of Gen AI, the potential of Gen AI in learning, the use of Gen AI, policies in the use of Gen AI, how the change in the educational landscape caused by the AI gene, how education is organized in the integration of AI genes, how are the applicable academic regulations in the context of the use of Gen AI, whether the use of Gen Ai will streamline the implementation of education, how to maintain the latest learning quality when utilizing AI. The use of AI in learning brings a new value proposition for learning and a new role for lecturers as education actors. Learning that utilizes AI  gives students the freedom to learn anyone and anywhere across time and space. Conclusion AI supports a more personalized learning experience according to each student's needs. Dalam konteks regulasi nasional, Peraturan Presiden Nomor 72 Tahun 2021 tentang Percepatan Penurunan Stunting dan kebijakan pengalokasian Dana Desa sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Menteri Keuangan Republik Indonesia Nomor 146 Tahun 2023 menjadi landasan hukum bagi pemerintah desa dalam melaksanakan program intervensi. Penelitian ini mengkaji efektivitas intervensi multisektoral yang diterapkan di Desa Sarwadadi dalam mencegah dan menangani stunting, serta mengevaluasi kesesuaian kebijakan tersebut dengan prinsip good governance dalam pemerintahan desa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Kajian ini menganalisis peraturan perundang-undangan yang mengatur pencegahan dan penanggulangan stunting serta implementasinya di tingkat desa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan intervensi multisektoral yang mencakup identifikasi sasaran, program Pemberian Makanan Tambahan (PMT), serta pemantauan dan evaluasi berkala telah berhasil menurunkan angka stunting di Desa Sarwadadi hingga 0%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pemerintah desa memiliki peran sentral dalam implementasi kebijakan publik yang berbasis kebutuhan masyarakat setempat. Kesimpulannya, intervensi berbasis kebijakan hukum yang dilakukan oleh Desa Sarwadadi dapat dijadikan model bagi desa lain dengan menyesuaikan kondisi lokal. The Business Identification Number (NIB) is a licensing identity that must be owned by business actors to ensure the legality of their business. On the other hand, the digitization of the payment system is growing with the presence of QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard), which facilitates non-cash transactions quickly and efficiently. Aims. This community service activity aims to provide counseling on the procedure for making NIB and using QRIS for micro and small businesses (MSMEs) in Lingsana Village, Jalaksana District, Kuningan Regency. Methods. The method used is direct counseling through lectures, discussions, and practical simulations. Based on pre-test and post-test evaluations, participants consisting of 30 MSME actors showed an increase in understanding by 85%. Result. The results of this activity are expected to encourage business formalization and adoption of digital payment technology among MSMEs. Conclusion. NIB and MSME actors get legal protection, better access to capital, and empowerment from the government. Implementation. Background. Community service activities, including a Blynk-Based Remote Light Control Workshop, were held on October 14, 2024, at the Indorama Engineering Polytechnic, Purwakarta. This activity is intended for SMK/SMA students in the Purwakarta area and aims to introduce Internet of Things (IoT) technology and its application in daily life. Aim. In this workshop, participants were given an understanding of the basic concepts of IoT and trained to create a simple project, namely the remote control of lights using the Blynk application and the NodeMCU microcontroller. Methods. The training sessions include introducing the Blynk app, user interface settings, and how to connect electronic devices to the internet network. This activity is carried out interactively, combining theory and hands-on practice. Result. The activity results show that students can understand the basic concepts of IoT and successfully create a light control project independently. The high enthusiasm of the participants is an indicator of the workshop's success in increasing students' interest and skills in the field of IoT technology. Implementation. The processing of stingrays based on this research, which is framed within the concept of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises as a way of utilizing natural resources, proposes a case study design to improve the economy of local villagers. The investigative approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data sources come from observations of MSMEs as well as interviews with MSME business owners of Pari Fish Chips as respondents.  The community service program was carried out on March 19, 2025 at one of the UMKM places in Keraton Village, Suranenggala District, Cirebon City, West Java Province. This training process is carried out by introducing stingray skin raw materials, how to process them, packaging, and sales which are carried out both online and offline. This service program was welcomed by residents enthusiastically and provided suggestions for further service activities with different raw materials but still with the concept of utilizing the same natural resources. Aim: The Thematic Community Service Program (KKN-T) aims to build the independence of the Ciledug Wetan Village community through education-based, economic, and social empowerment. Methods: This activity uses the Participation Action Research (PAR) method, which emphasizes the community's active involvement at every stage of the program, from problem identification to planning, implementation, and evaluation. Results: The activities show increased children's literacy through interactive storytelling activities, encouraging their reading interest and critical thinking.  In the economic aspect, MSME actors received training in branding, digital marketing, and promotional material creation to enhance the competitiveness of local products.  In addition, public awareness of environmental cleanliness has increased through education on clean and healthy living behaviors (PHBS) and the management of organic and inorganic waste. Conclusions: This program has a direct impact on the community and students through knowledge application, leadership development, and the enhancement of communication and collaboration skills. Implication: These results affirm that student involvement in community-based empowerment programs can be an effective strategy for supporting sustainable development and innovation based on local wisdom. Aims: This study aims to analyze the implementation of the exclusive breastfeeding program at the Kedung Jaya Village Health Center and identify the supporting factors and obstacles faced. Methods: The research method was descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Data were obtained through interviews with health workers, observation of counseling activities, and questionnaires to breastfeeding mothers. Result: The results showed that the exclusive breastfeeding program has been running well, marked by mothers' increasing awareness of its importance. The main factors supporting its success are routine counseling, individual lactation counseling, and the active role of posyandu cadres. However, some challenges remain, such as cultural influences that assume infants need additional food before 6 months and limited time for working mothers to provide exclusive breastfeeding. Implementation: Based on these findings, more personalized and community-based education strategies, provision of lactation facilities for working mothers, and further training for posyandu cadres are needed. With improvements in the implementation of this program, exclusive breastfeeding rates can increase, and the prevalence of stunting in Kedung Jaya Village can decrease significantly. The socialization focused on educating MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) actors about informative label design, packaging techniques that preserve product quality, and the benefits of attractive packaging in marketing. This community service activity aimed to enhance the understanding of tempeh MSME entrepreneurs in Kedungjaya Village regarding the importance of labeling and packaging in increasing product competitiveness. Method: This program used socialization, involving KKN students and tempeh MSME entrepreneurs in Kedungjaya Village. The socialization covered the importance of labeling and packaging, effective label design strategies, and proper packaging techniques that meet standards to maintain product quality and enhance its market appeal. Results: The findings indicate that KKN students played a crucial role in providing insights to MSME entrepreneurs on more effective labeling and packaging strategies. The observed positive impacts include an increased understanding among MSME entrepreneurs regarding the importance of packaging and the adoption of improved packaging techniques. Conclusion: Despite implementation challenges, collaboration between students, MSME entrepreneurs, and the local community was key to the program's success. Implications: Enhancing knowledge of labeling and packaging can help MSMEs improve product competitiveness, expand market access, and promote business sustainability. The study aims to develop educational tourism at the Raden Walangsungsang Heritage Site in Cirebon and integrate character education through an anti-bullying socialization program at SDN 1 Cirebon Girang and TK Ra Cemara. The research employs action research with a qualitative approach. The findings indicate that the development of educational tourism at the heritage site enhances students' understanding of local history and character values. Furthermore, the anti-bullying socialization program proves effective in increasing students' awareness of the negative impacts of bullying and the importance of mutual respect. Anissul Suwaebit, Suwaebit Noviana, Eva Community Service Program (KKN), Tempe UMKM, Digital Marketing, Tempe Abstract Background: This article discusses the role of students in the Community Service Program (KKN) in Kedungjaya Village, Kedawung District, Cirebon Regency, with a focus on optimizing the marketing and production of tempe in tempe UMKM through Focus Group Discussions (FGD). Aims: The purpose of this community service is to identify and analyze the role of KKN students in improving tempe marketing and production in Kedungjaya Village, as well as the positive impacts generated. Methods:This community service utilized Focus Group Discussions (FGD) to engage with tempe UMKM actors. KKN students from STIE Cirebon provided guidance on digital marketing strategies, social media management, and optimizing the use of marketplaces to enhance the marketing and production processes. Results: The results of the community service show that KKN students played a significant role in providing insights into digital marketing strategies, social media management, and optimizing the use of marketplaces for tempe UMKM. Positive impacts observed include an increase in the knowledge of UMKM actors in marketing their products, more efficient production management, and improved quality of the tempe products produced. Conclusion: Despite challenges in implementation, good collaboration between students, UMKM actors, and the village community is crucial for the success of this program. The role of KKN students has proven valuable in improving both the marketing and production aspects of tempe in Kedungjaya Village. Early childhood education (PAUD) is an essential foundation in child development. We compiled this study titled The Importance of Early Childhood Education and the Role of Infrastructure Facilities in Supporting Learning in Orchid Play Groups (Kober) in Kendungjaya Village, Cirebon. Aims. This study explores early childhood education's importance and infrastructure's role in supporting learning in the Orchid Play Group (Kober), Kedungjaya Village, Cirebon. Methods. The method used is qualitative research with a literature approach. The study results show that good education at an early age can improve children's cognitive, social, and emotional abilities. Conclusion. Adequate infrastructure also contributes significantly to learning effectiveness and children's growth and development. Implementation. Kober Orchid in Kedungjaya Village has shown that with the proper support, children can develop well. Therefore, all parties need to pay more attention to improving the quality of early childhood education. The Real Work Lecture Program (KKN) in Mekarmulya Village aims to improve the welfare of the community through two main approaches, namely health and economy. Aims. In terms of health, the program is focused on socializing stunting prevention, which includes balanced nutrition education, basic health checks, and healthy lifestyle training for pregnant women and toddlers. Meanwhile, in the economic aspect, assistance is provided for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in making Taxpayer Identification Numbers (NPWP) and Business Identification Numbers (NIB) as the first step in business legality. Methods. This program uses methods such as socialization, direct assistance, and cooperation with health workers and related agencies. The results show that the people of Mekarmulya Village increasingly understand the importance of balanced nutrition in stunting prevention. Result. In addition, in the business legality assistance program, as many as 21 people participated in this activity, with six people successfully making NPWP and 15 people obtaining NIB. This shows that more and more MSME actors know the importance of business legality for their business development. Conclusion. Furthermore, this program has a close relationship between health and economics. With the increase in the legality of MSME businesses, it is hoped that the economic welfare of the community will also increase, which can ultimately impact meeting family nutritional needs and supporting efforts to prevent stunting in a sustainable manner. REGULATORY CHALLENGES IN RURAL WASTE MANAGEMENT: BETWEEN POLICY AND COMMUNITY COMPLIANCE (Case Study in Wanasaba Lor Village) Priadinata, Alko Indriani, Puput Frananda, Muhamad Putri, Dea Kania Kartina, Ratu Mawar Waste Management, Good Governance, Community Compliance, Environmental Law, Village Regulations. The issue of waste management in Wanasaba Lor Village reflects the low level of community compliance with environmental policies set by the village government. The provision of waste transportation facilities has not received optimal support from residents, who prefer to burn their waste, resulting in air pollution and contradicting applicable environmental regulations. This study employs a normative juridical method with a statutory and conceptual approach to analyze the effectiveness of waste management regulations and the implementation of good governance principles in village-level environmental policies. The study results indicate that low community compliance is caused by several factors, including waste fee burdens, lack of environmental awareness, and minimal supervision and law enforcement. To address this issue, more effective legal strategies are needed, such as the formulation of Village Regulations (Perdes) prohibiting waste burning, strengthening legal culture-based education and outreach, and implementing incentive and disincentive systems to encourage community compliance. The implementation of these strategies has been proven successful in other regions, such as Sidokerto Village, Raksasari Village, and Yogyakarta City, which have enforced strict regulations, environmental education, and incentive schemes in waste management. By adopting these measures, it is hoped that Wanasaba Lor Village can enhance waste management effectiveness and encourage greater community responsibility for environmental sustainability. MSME actors are one of the economic forces that contribute significantly to the state of Indonesia, especially food-type MSME products. However, many MSMEs still do not have halal certificates when distributing their products. Belawa Village, Cirebon Regency, has the potential to manage oyster mushrooms that have not been used as ready-to-eat products managed by PKK women in Belawa Village. Aims. The goal is that we, as the Thematic KKN Group 15 of Swadaya Gunung Jati University, will develop this potential into oyster mushroom nuggets products and register halal certificates along with NIB as a form of consumer protection, increase market competitiveness and obtain legality and legal certainty. Methods. The method used in this community service is ABCD (Asset-Based-Community Development). Result. The result of the implementation of this service activity is that the activity of making mushroom nuget products is suitable for sale, and a halal certificate has been made along with NIB in collaboration with the participants of Thematic KKN 15 of Swadaya Gunung Jati University with the PKK Women of Belawa Village. Conclusion. In other words, besides being useful in market competition for MSME actors, halal certificates will also increase consumers' confidence in their consumption of these products because they can guarantee product quality, hygiene, cleanliness, comfort, and safety so that consumer health is maintained. Children, as creations of God and social beings, possess the right to life and autonomy from conception to birth, and are entitled to protection from parents, family, society, nation, and state. Aims. This study seeks to examine the execution of legal protection policies for victims of sexual abuse against women and children in Cirebon Regency. Methods. The employed research method is empirical legal research, integrating legislative, intellectual, and sociological approaches. Data were acquired via document analysis and field interviews. Result. The study's findings indicate that, despite substantial efforts to offer legal protection, encompassing legal, psychological, and medical support, along with the establishment of safe houses, numerous challenges persist. These impediments encompass inadequate facilities, societal stigma, insufficient inter-institutional coordination, and protracted legal procedures. The Sexual Violence Crime Law (TPKS Law), enacted in 2022, signifies a substantial advancement in the provision of enhanced protection. Nonetheless, its execution at the regional level continues to encounter obstacles, particularly regarding resources and public awareness. Conclusion. This study concludes that there is a need to improve inter-institutional coordination, public education, and strengthen infrastructure to create a safer environment for women and children. Firearm abuse is the most common case today. Aim. The flow of crime using the threat of violence or with firearms is indeed very disturbing to public security and order, causing concern in the community. Methods. This research uses normative juridical legal research, which has a descriptive nature, meaning it is based on laws and regulations closely related to the problem being researched, sourced from facts in society, and secondary literature or data. Results. Firearms for ordinary people are objects/tools used to attack or defend themselves, which, if fired, can cause serious injury or death, and one of the crimes that most disturbs the community is the crime involving the use of firearms. The current policy of criminal law formulation, especially regarding the current Illegal Firearms Possession Crime Formulation Policy, has many fundamental weaknesses, that it affect the level of effectiveness in the implementation of the eradication of the crime of Illegal Firearms Possession Involvement. IMPLEMENTATION OF THE FULFILLMENT OF INMATE HUMAN RIGHTS IN CIREBON CLASS I CORRECTIONAL INSTITUTION Gupta, Adrey Fitri Zildjian Chandra Fadhila, Noerul Putri Febriyanti, Ria Usman, Usman Faith Abstract: Background. The fulfillment of human rights for prisoners is a crucial issue in the context of Indonesia's criminal justice system, particularly following the enactment of Law No. 22 of 2022. This law emphasizes the importance of protecting the fundamental rights of prisoners, including the right to health, education, and freedom of religion and belief. Aims. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of implementing Law No. 22 of 2022 in fulfilling human rights for prisoners, as well as identify the obstacles encountered during this process. Methods. The research method employed in this study is a qualitative approach, focusing on interviews and secondary data analysis to explore the fulfillment of human rights in Correctional Institutions (Prisons). Result. The law employs a rehabilitative approach to create a more humane correctional environment, where inmates not only serve their sentences but are also allowed to improve themselves and prepare for community reintegration. Despite this, the implementation of this law faces various challenges, such as limited facilities, a lack of trained human resources, and the social stigma inherent in prisoners. Conclusion.  With a better understanding of the challenges and opportunities in fulfilling human rights in correctional institutions, Implementation. EFFORTS TO PROVIDE HEALTH SERVICES FOR NON-COMMUNICABLE DISEASES AND INFECTIOUS DISEASES IN LUWUNG VILLAGE, CIREBON REGENCY Baihaqi MH, muhammad irsyad Anisa, Viana Huliana Nurlaya, Niesrina Non-communicable diseases, communicable diseases, healthcare services, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, dengue prevention, cough etiquette, handwashing Abstract Background: Non-communicable diseases (NCDs), such as hypertension and diabetes mellitus (DM), have become major health issues in Luwung Village, Cirebon Regency. On the other hand, communicable diseases such as dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) and acute respiratory infections (ARI) remain threats that require attention. This study aims to analyze the community's health conditions based on free health check-ups and evaluate healthcare efforts in preventing and managing both communicable and non-communicable diseases. Methods: This study employed a convenience sampling method, where 60 residents of Luwung Village who attended the village hall participated in free health check-ups. The collected data were analyzed descriptively to determine the distribution of the disease. Additionally, observations and evaluations were conducted on healthcare service programs in the village, including NCD screening activities (Posbindu PTM), dengue prevention campaigns, cough etiquette education, and handwashing with soap (CTPS) campaigns.  Results: The examination results showed that 18% of residents were in good health, 48% had hypertension, 20% had diabetes mellitus, and 14% suffered from both diseases. These findings indicate a high prevalence of NCDs in the village. Healthcare efforts implemented include Posbindu PTM, management of hypertension and DM patients, and education on healthy and clean lifestyles. For communicable diseases, preventive measures included dengue prevention campaigns through the 3M Plus Movement, cough etiquette education for ARI and tuberculosis prevention, and CTPS campaigns to reduce the spread of infections.  Conclusion: The high prevalence of hypertension and diabetes in Luwung Village highlights the need for increased routine check-ups and community health education. Meanwhile, efforts to prevent communicable diseases must be continually strengthened through the empowerment of healthcare cadres, clean living campaigns, and the enhancement of community-based healthcare services. LEGISLATION PROCEDURE FOR THE FORMATION OF REGIONAL REGULATIONS IN CIREBON REGENCY Moeryani, Dwi Pratama, Rio Nouval Kurniawan, Chandra Adithiya Numbers, Nuraeni Accountability, Government Policy, Community Participation, Procedures for Forming Regional Regulations, Transparency Abstract Background. Regional Regulations (Perda) have a very important role in the process of development and regulation of people's lives at the regional level. The realization of an effective Regional Regulation in accordance with local needs is highly dependent on the existence of clear and transparent procedures. Purpose. This study aims to find out how the procedure for forming regional regulations in Cirebon Regency is, focusing on the stages passed, the challenges faced, and the role of the community in the process. Method. In this study, we used a qualitative approach by collecting data through interviews, observations, document analysis, and studies of related government policies. Result. The results of the study show that the process of forming regional regulations in Cirebon Regency consists of several steps, namely planning, drafting, discussion, and ratification. Conclusion. Although there are procedures that have been set, there are still obstacles such as lack of socialization and community participation which are challenges in its implementation. Implementation.
